I love the old adage that you work a 9-5 job. The reality is that there are very few jobs that actually work from 9-5. Most jobs are 8-5. Which means if you have kids, you drop them off at 7:30 and don’t pick them up until 5:30. That is 10 hours in a day care per day or 50 hours a week. If you don’t have kids, that means that you are away from your home and not doing what you want to do for at least 9.5 hours a day or 47.5 hours a week. Anybody get paid for all those hours? I never did. I only got paid for 40 hours when I worked full time.

Thankfully it has been years since I have had to put in a full 40 hour week somewhere besides my couch. I love working from my couch. This week, my daughter has been extremely sick. She has been in the ER and the DR office. It reminds me of the advantages of not having to work outside the home full time. Here are my top 10 favorite reasons to work from home.

Monday Product Series With Quest Travel Network – CondoQuest Membership

Hey guys. So glad you are back. We are now into week two of our QTN product series showcasing our fantastic products. Today we are going to highlight the basic CondoQuest Membership. Binary Plans Don’t Have To Flush Your Progress Each Week

Quest Travel Network has put together an incredible compensation plan that actually pays you 10 different ways. That pretty much guarantees payment into your account as long as you put in a little effort. One of the ways you gain compensation is from the binary you create by building your team. Here’s how the binary part of the QTN compensation plan works.

Simply put, a binary is part of an MLM compensation plan that allows for 2 distributors to be placed below you making two “legs”. Then when you add team members to your downline, you simply place them under the two legs of your binary. Some binaries, depending on the system allows you to place your members and some automatically places them for you. This is called “spillover” and it helps you make money. Your goal is to keep the 2 legs equal and active.

Quest Travel Network has created the Dual Team Bonus to add to your ability to get paid. It is what we feel is the perfect binary system. Our type of dual team bonus compensation plan allows you to keep building your team at your speed with no penalties, or “flushing” as they say in the industry. The faster you build your team and add to your binary, the faster you make money - obviously. But the creators of QTN have worked very hard to make our compensation plan equitable for all levels of network marketers.

Our version of the binary pay plan, the Dual Team Bonus, takes the best of both binary worlds. In a binary compensation package, a cycle is normally an actual 7 day cycle. You work towards a production goal depending on your product and the parameters set up by your company’s compensation model. It’s simple, if you make the set goal, you receive a bonus. If you don’t make it that week, you loose your progress and have to start all over the next week. In MLM terms, your progress has been “flushed”. It’s gone. This has been an extremely frustrating process for so many MLMer’s over the years. Quest Travel Network has decided not to include flushing as part of our Dual Team Bonus plan. Unlike some binary compensation plans, we do NOT “flush” any progress you make with your dual team bonus. We feel that you work very hard for your progress and you should simply keep working until you complete a cycle. The goal is to cycle as quickly as you can while never loosing progress. Once you reach a cycle, you get your Dual Team Bonus with the Quest Travel Network plan.

Other systems usually require you to keep the two legs of your team equal. Common binary systems requires both sides to be fairly equal . They reward what is called a 50-50 binary, based on equal activity. Our Dual Team Bonus is set as a 1/3, 2/3 cycling rule so that if your weak leg is only 1/3 of your activity, then you don’t loose your cycle bonus. This is again a major improvement in your ability to get a bonus.

Some binary compensation plans pay you only if you have equal active legs AND you complete the cycle within the set time limit. Quest Travel Network’s Dual Team Bonus plan pays you regardless of the “time frame” and binary activity equality. It’s just one more way that sets the compensation plan apart from the rest of the MLM world.

We recently heard from Tod Bell, Co-Founder and CEO of Quest Travel Network, about his trip to Oklahoma. He was very excited and reiterated one of my favorite parts about Greg and my business decision to join Quest Travel Network. Frank Maguire Tells Why Network Marketing Is So Successful

Marilyn Monroe, B.B. King, Mel Torme, and Joe Williams are among the people that Frank Maguire has had the privilege of associating with. Frank even took a chance on a new talent named Ted Koppel when Frank’s own boss told him not to bother. Wow what a strong and independent spirit Frank continues to show us every day!

Frank has definitely walked with the A list! But his own resume is quite extensive on its own.

• He worked next to KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) founder Colonel Harlan Sanders.

From a network marketing standpoint, I think one reason why owners Tod Bell and Michael Churchill are going through such effort to make this network marketing business successful is to make QTN the best business with the top travel products in the industry. Michael and Tod actually rejected at least 8 versions from a top consulting team in the industry until they got one that fully met their goals and desires for the company and for the membership. I believe simply the awesome opportunity with QTN is just too good to pass up.

Quest Travel Network Will Not Turn You Into A Travel Agent

If someone heard the words “Quest Travel Network,” they would assume you have lost your mind and changed professions. You are now a travel agent. They would be completely incorrect. But then again, so are you if you think QTN requires you to go from an aspiring or successful entrepreneur to a travel agent. Let me show you how the perfect business model in Quest Travel Network works.

Quest Travel Network is not a travel agency nor will you ever have to be a travel agent. If a likely new member makes the assumption that they need to become a travel agent, they might say, “I don’t know anything about being a travel agent! This can't work for me.” Then you won’t make the beset decision you could ever make. You don’t have to know anything about being a travel agent to be a success in QTN! We are a network marketing program that allows you to travel without the worry of the “heavy lifting” a travel agency is required to do. Travel agencies put all the packages together while their primary goal is to make the customer happy.

Needless to say, this is not easy to accomplish and it takes mad skills that can only be obtained through time. That is why it should come as no surprise that most would be leery to enter such a business venture. After looking at it, and a travel agent was part of the job description, Greg and I wouldn’t have joined either.

Lucky for you, being involved with Quest Travel Network does not require you to handle any of these tasks and joining as founding members was the BEST decision we ever made. Our product developer, Hemisphere Travel, handles ALL the "heavy lifting". So, please, understand this point … you are NOT a travel agent and you are NOT required to be a travel agent. Expediency is another added benefit to membership with Quest Travel Network. The work of a travel agent is time consuming. It can take many hours to setup a vacation package.
