Welcome back to Quest Travel Network

Greg and I are so glad to be back at work with Quest Travel Network. I am sure you have noticed Greg and my being gone for a few months. We haven’t been lazy. I promise you that. We have just been reaping the rewards of working from home. One of the biggest advantages is that when you have a crazy lifestyle or a new improvement to the family, you can take a few minutes off from working without having to worry about your boss being mad. And I didn’t even have to use any vacation days to do it. Here’s why …

We are proud to announce that our youngest son arrived on August 5th of this year. His older sister and brother are so excited to have him finally here. What an incredible experience for Greg and I to now be outnumbered. We are adjusting but are loving the new challenges of working a home based business while having 3 under foot.

However, it never ceases to amaze me as to the comments we get with 3 kids. My favorite one is, "Wow, so much for vacations now. They will be way to expensive for you." I just laugh and smile and tell them about how we can travel for practically free and yet still get paid for it at the same time. You should see their jaws drop when I tell them about traveling the Q Revolution way and how vacations have never been more enjoyable as they are now. See, putting 3 kids and 2 adults in one cramped hotel room just doesn't sound good to me when we have gotten used to staying in condos with as much room as we want. And with the new rewards system, most of our desired vacation spots can be practically free. Now that is what I call a great vacation.

Binary Plans Don’t Have To Flush Your Progress Each Week

Quest Travel Network has put together an incredible compensation plan that actually pays you 10 different ways. That pretty much guarantees payment into your account as long as you put in a little effort. One of the ways you gain compensation is from the binary you create by building your team. Here’s how the binary part of the QTN compensation plan works.

Simply put, a binary is part of an MLM compensation plan that allows for 2 distributors to be placed below you making two “legs”. Then when you add team members to your downline, you simply place them under the two legs of your binary. Some binaries, depending on the system allows you to place your members and some automatically places them for you. This is called “spillover” and it helps you make money. Your goal is to keep the 2 legs equal and active.

Quest Travel Network has created the Dual Team Bonus to add to your ability to get paid. It is what we feel is the perfect binary system. Our type of dual team bonus compensation plan allows you to keep building your team at your speed with no penalties, or “flushing” as they say in the industry. The faster you build your team and add to your binary, the faster you make money - obviously. But the creators of QTN have worked very hard to make our compensation plan equitable for all levels of network marketers.

Our version of the binary pay plan, the Dual Team Bonus, takes the best of both binary worlds. In a binary compensation package, a cycle is normally an actual 7 day cycle. You work towards a production goal depending on your product and the parameters set up by your company’s compensation model. It’s simple, if you make the set goal, you receive a bonus. If you don’t make it that week, you loose your progress and have to start all over the next week. In MLM terms, your progress has been “flushed”. It’s gone. This has been an extremely frustrating process for so many MLMer’s over the years. Quest Travel Network has decided not to include flushing as part of our Dual Team Bonus plan. Unlike some binary compensation plans, we do NOT “flush” any progress you make with your dual team bonus. We feel that you work very hard for your progress and you should simply keep working until you complete a cycle. The goal is to cycle as quickly as you can while never loosing progress. Once you reach a cycle, you get your Dual Team Bonus with the Quest Travel Network plan.

Other systems usually require you to keep the two legs of your team equal. Common binary systems requires both sides to be fairly equal . They reward what is called a 50-50 binary, based on equal activity. Our Dual Team Bonus is set as a 1/3, 2/3 cycling rule so that if your weak leg is only 1/3 of your activity, then you don’t loose your cycle bonus. This is again a major improvement in your ability to get a bonus.

Some binary compensation plans pay you only if you have equal active legs AND you complete the cycle within the set time limit. Quest Travel Network’s Dual Team Bonus plan pays you regardless of the “time frame” and binary activity equality. It’s just one more way that sets the compensation plan apart from the rest of the MLM world.

Quest Travel Network Is Perfect For Both Online And Offline Marketing Techniques

We recently heard from Tod Bell, Co-Founder and CEO of Quest Travel Network, about his trip to Oklahoma. He was very excited and reiterated one of my favorite parts about Greg and my business decision to join Quest Travel Network. I love the fact that we can work on line or offline depending on what works for us.

QTN is the first home based business we have had that can be tailor made to our family and lifestyle. We have worked several other businesses with success but none have had the capability to be tailor made to our lifestyle.

Quest Travel Network Introduces Greg and Kelly Saunders

Now that we have introduced you to Quest Travel Network, we, Greg and Kelly Saunders, thought we would introduce you to our family and the experience we bring to the table with QTN. We started Uber Success Marketing, LLC several years ago and are founding members in the Quest Travel Network. We both have significant experience in professional fields that, we feel, successfully translate to the realm of travel network marketing.

Greg, my wonderful husband of 11 years, is no stranger to being a driving force behind a successful business venture. In his career in the IT field, he has successfully developed a large volume of multi-tiered computer software systems on behalf of several multimillion dollar companies. Not too many people can say that. Greg’s professional skills in information technology, website design, and software development has allowed these companies to grow into leaders in their respective industries. Additionally, Greg provides valuable help towards the marketing of their businesses online.

I bring 10 years of medical technology experience and training to the table. This experience provides me with the valuable insight needed to help others achieve their success in the realm of network marketing. My skills and knowledge in the area of social networking is quite helpful since it is a critical means of online promotions. I love to help others reach their potential in a totally unrelated field of their expertise. This has become my expertise and I am having a ball watching people grow.
